Mortgage Rates Go Down Apartments Rents go Down

As the mortgage rates are going down, so to are apartment rents.   More people are renting queens apartment rentals and ft lauderdale apartments for rent.

Even in New Jersey there are many people starting to rent belmar apartments for rent as the beach season get's into gear.

    Mortgage rates are steadily rising again! But they're still okay for me, knowing that the rates were much higher in the previous years. I hope I get to land a good deal with the aparment I'm currently buying, like what Michael Geffrard had when he bought one some years ago. I don't think something was fishy with the deal he obtained for that. Perhaps it's just that he was a public official at that time, so his every move was under scrutiny.
